Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Drive business development and sales of enterprise software solutions, identifying new opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, key decision-makers and business partners.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, requirements gathering, solution presentations, proposals, negotiations and deal closure.
Work closely with pre-sales, technical and delivery teams to develop solutions that meet customer requirements.
Manage sales pipelines, forecasts and account development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project handover and customer satisfaction.
Take ownership of customer engagements and follow through on commercial and operational matters.

Job Requirements

Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong background in enterprise software solution selling.
Experience in System Integration (SI), IT solutions or digital transformation solutions will be considered.
Experience selling BSS/OSS, telecommunications software or cloud solutions will be an added advantage.
Proven track record in business development, account management and closing complex software solution deals.
Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Meticulous, proactive, responsible and hands-on, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments.
Flexible and willing to support urgent business or customer matters outside regular working hours when required.
