Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager with a proven track record in luxury real estate sales to drive revenue growth, lead a high-performing sales team, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have exceptional sales acumen, deep market knowledge, and the ability to close high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and productivity.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), investors, and corporate clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's client base.
- Oversee end-to-end sales processes, including lead generation, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and luxury real estate developments.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
- Represent The Luxe Developers at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years in luxury real estate sales, with a strong track record of closing high-value deals.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Skills:
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of the luxury real estate market.
