Role Description

This full-time on-site role, located in Dubai, is for a Senior Sales Manager at Wesco Anixter. The role involves developing and managing sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets. Responsibilities include cultivating customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, developing proposals, organizing sales presentations, and negotiating contracts. The Senior Sales Manager will also lead and mentor our inside sales team to optimize performance and ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development skills, with a proven track record in achieving sales targets and expanding customer portfolios.
• Leadership and team management capabilities, including experience mentoring and motivating sales professionals.
• Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and developing strategic sales plans.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
• Familiarity with the distribution, logistics, or supply chain industries is essential.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are an advantage.
