Detailing Dynamics, one of Dubai's highest-rated premium car detailing brands, is seeking a Senior Sales Executive who can deliver real market impact and drive measurable business growth.
We're looking for someone with experience, hunger, and confidence not just a salesperson, but a performer who can spot opportunities, build partnerships, and consistently bring customers to our workshop.
Salary: Up to 4,500 AED + Incentives (Total earning potential 10,000 AED+ AED based on performance)
Key Responsibilities
New Leads:
- Actively generate new business through market visits, partnerships, referrals, and outreach.
- Build strong relationships with car owners, showrooms, garages, rental companies, and corporate clients.
- Convert walk-ins, phone inquiries, and online leads into confirmed sales.
- Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets across services: PPF, Graphene coating, Tinting, Polishing, Interior detailing etc
- Prepare weekly performance reports and sales forecasts.
- Provide exceptional customer service with a professional, consultative approach.
- Represent the brand with maturity, responsibility, and high standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of sales experience in the UAE, specifically in car detailing, automotive, accessories or related services
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of the UAE automotive market and customer preferences
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Must be presentable, proactive, and highly motivated.
- Customer-focused approach with exceptional relationship-building skills
- Valid UAE driving license
- Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills would be an advantage
- Experience with CRM systems and digital marketing tools
