Engineering Company is seeking qualified and motivated Senior Sales Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Saudi Arabia and drive revenue growth through strategic sales activities and strong technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve the annual sales target by brands.

Generate new qualified leads.

Create new sales opportunities.

Secure deals with new customers.

Achieve a minimum 25% closing rate from total opportunities.

Update and maintain the CRM system in accordance with company Policies & Procedures (P&P).

Perform any additional tasks or instructions assigned by the direct manager.

Basic Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or Industrial Engineering (mandatory).

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in technical sales within mechanical or industrial systems.

Strong understanding of mechanical products, systems, and solutions.

Demonstrated ability to achieve high-value sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.

Strong planning, follow-up, and customer relationship management skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet ambitious targets
