Job Description

Senior Sales Operation is responsible for managing the CRM, optimizing sales processes, and delivering data-driven insights, enhancing sales productivity, ensuring data integrity, and driving operational excellence through effective system management, team mentorship, and manage reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize Salesforce CRMand sales databases (lead tracking, inventory, client pipeline).
  • Maintain and update the Salesforce CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely data entry for leads, prospects, and clients.
  • Generate regular sales reports and dashboards to track performance metrics and identify trends. Provide actionable insights to the sales team.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to the sales team on CRM usage, sales processes, and company policies.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior sales operation staff, facilitating their professional development and ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Manage the Company's inventory and preparing sales reports.
  • Creating and developing sales reports
  • Support pricing, contracts, and commission calculations.
  • Improve operational efficiency and support sales teams with day-to-day tools and insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably in the real estate industry
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate reports.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Conditions:

Office Location: Al- Sheikh Zayed

Working Days: 6 days, from Saturday to Thursday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
