Senior Sales Operation is responsible for managing the CRM, optimizing sales processes, and delivering data-driven insights, enhancing sales productivity, ensuring data integrity, and driving operational excellence through effective system management, team mentorship, and manage reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Salesforce CRMand sales databases (lead tracking, inventory, client pipeline).
- Maintain and update the Salesforce CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely data entry for leads, prospects, and clients.
- Generate regular sales reports and dashboards to track performance metrics and identify trends. Provide actionable insights to the sales team.
- Provide training and ongoing support to the sales team on CRM usage, sales processes, and company policies.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior sales operation staff, facilitating their professional development and ensuring best practices are followed.
- Manage the Company's inventory and preparing sales reports.
- Creating and developing sales reports
- Support pricing, contracts, and commission calculations.
- Improve operational efficiency and support sales teams with day-to-day tools and insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably in the real estate industry
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate reports.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Conditions:
Office Location: Al- Sheikh Zayed
Working Days: 6 days, from Saturday to Thursday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
