Mission Statement:
Drive profitable sales growth by identifying opportunities, managing customer relationships, preparing technical and commercial offers, and securing orders for LV/MV panels and related solutions. Act as the main interface between customers, tendering, engineering, and operations to ensure accurate proposals, competitive pricing, and successful project acquisition.
Main Accountabilities
1. Sales Strategy & Market Development
Execute the company's sales strategy within the assigned territory or segment. Identify new opportunities, develop targeted accounts, and expand presence with contractors, consultants, panel builders, industrial customers, and distributors.
2. Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers including consultants, project owners, EPCs, and contractors. Position the company as a trusted technical partner and maintain continuous engagement to support business development.
3. Opportunities Identification & Qualification
Proactively identify leads from the market, tender portals, consultants listings, and contractor pipelines. Qualify opportunities based on technical feasibility, commercial attractiveness, internal capacity, and risk assessment.
4. Technical & Commercial Offer Preparation
Work closely with tendering and engineering teams to prepare accurate proposals including SLD reviews, component selection, compliance with specifications, and pricing. Ensure offers are competitive and aligned with company margin targets.
5. Negotiation & Order Closing
Lead commercial negotiations with customers on pricing, scope, delivery terms, and technical clarifications. Secure orders at target margins and ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Handle objections professionally and maintain a strong closing rate.
6. Coordination with Tendering & Operations
Ensure smooth internal handover of awarded projects to tendering, engineering, planning, and operations. Provide clear documentation, customer requirements, approved drawings, and delivery commitments. Support operations in client communication when needed.
7. Sales Forecasting & Reporting
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline visibility, and monthly order intake reports. Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer activity, and provide timely feedback to management to support decision-making.
8. Customer Support & Post-Sales Engagement
Support customers in resolving technical issues, clarifications, service requests, or site concerns in collaboration with engineering and after-sales teams. Strengthen long-term relationships to generate repeat business.
9. Compliance, Risk & Contract Review
Ensure offers comply with specifications, standards (IEC), and internal approvals. Identify commercial and technical risks associated with each offer and escalate as needed before bid submission or contract signing.
