You'll be selling a wide range of Payments, Treasury, FX, services to finance, tech and other leaders across the org.
Mid-Market - Enterprise level clients.
The Role
- Spot and pursue mid-market/enterprise opportunities via LinkedIn, CRM, partners, and outbound efforts.
- Assess needs: client demands, treasury, FX risks, global payments/receivables challenges.
- Engage execs via email, calls, LinkedIn, social outreach.
- Secure qualified discovery calls/business meetings to advance pipeline.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Compliance, Product, Onboarding for smooth conversions.
- Document activities, pipeline, insights accurately in CRM.
- Support outbound campaigns and GTM in key sectors/regions.
- Hit weekly activity/monthly opportunity targets for revenue growth.
- Build skills in global markets, enterprise sales, FX/treasury.
Requirements
- B2B sales experience at a Payments/FinTech company.
- 6+ years enterprise sales closing complex, high-value deals with execs.
- Domain expert influencing clients/teams with market insights.
- Expert discovery/qualification uncovering priorities, pains, treasury needs.
- Experience selling to finance and/or tech leaders (CFO/FD/Treasurer/Finance Head/CTO).
- Business acumen to prioritize by value/urgency/fit.
- Curious, coachable, growth-minded advisor.
- Organized CRM pro for pipeline/forecasting/reporting.
