Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, for a Senior Sales Executive in the real estate sector. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their property requirements, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs. The candidate will oversee the entire sales process, including prospecting, follow-ups, negotiations, and closing deals. Additionally, responsibilities include conducting market research, participating in property viewings, and collaborating with the marketing team to generate leads and enhance sales opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate, along with strong negotiation, client management, and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Market research skills and knowledge of real estate trends and local property markets
  • Proficiency in digital tools and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work in a results-driven environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
  • Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
  • Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus
