Role OverviewWe're seeking a senior-level sales professional to represent Accountack's services to business owners and executives.
The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who understands accounting, tax, and financial services — capable of building trust, presenting value clearly, and closing high-value engagements.
You will lead consultative sales meetings, identify client needs, and guide prospects through our strategic engagement process (from discovery to onboarding).
Key Responsibilities- Conduct structured discovery calls and strategy meetings with business owners.
- Present Accountack's tax, CFO, and planning services professionally in both English and Arabic.
- Understand client pain points and translate them into tailored solutions.
- Manage CRM pipeline, follow-ups, and reporting of qualified leads.
- Coordinate with the Onboarding and Operations teams to ensure smooth handoffs after closing.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Represent Accountack at networking events, conferences, and client meetings.
Qualifications- Minimum 7 years of proven experience in sales within accounting, finance, or professional services sectors.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
- Strong business acumen — able to explain complex financial or tax concepts simply.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with U.S. business structures, taxation, and compliance preferred.
- Self-driven, professional, and able to manage high-level client relationships.
Preferred Attributes- CPA firm or financial advisory background.
- Experience working with multicultural business owners (Arabic-speaking communities preferred).
- Comfort with CRM tools, digital sales platforms, and online presentations.
