Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target industries.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through networking, prospecting, and referrals.
- Develop tailored proposals and presentations that effectively communicate agency services and value propositions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and account management teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project delivery.
- Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and client communications in CRM systems.
- Provide market feedback and insights to leadership to help refine offerings, pricing, and positioning.
- Represent the agency at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Mentor junior sales staff and contribute to team growth and performance optimization.
Qualifications & Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA a plus).
- 1+ year of proven sales experience in a marketing, advertising, or digital agency environment.
- Strong understanding of marketing services such as digital campaigns, branding, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and social media advertising.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
