About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Representative with proven experience dealing with discount store clients (Discount Channel) to manage and execute sales and promotional activities across assigned outlets.

This role requires someone who understands the nature of discount stores, knows how to deal with store owners, and can drive sales in high-volume, price-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with discount store clients
• Execute promotions, offers, and pricing activities in stores
• Ensure strong product visibility and availability across outlets
• Visit stores regularly and maintain high execution standards
• Achieve sales targets and support sell-out growth
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution

Requirements

• Proven experience in FMCG field sales
• Mandatory experience dealing with discount store clients
• Strong understanding of discount retail / value retail environment
• Ability to build strong relationships with store owners and buyers
• Willingness to work in a field-based role with daily visits
• Good communication and negotiation skills

Nice to Have

• Experience working with 1–10 SAR stores or discount chains
• Knowledge of pricing strategies and promotional execution
