Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for driving business growth through acquisition of new clients and effective management of existing customer relationships
  • Provides strategic oversight and leadership to the sales team, with a focus on building and nurturing a high-performing, results-driven workforce
  • Oversees all regional partnerships, ensuring strong partner engagement and consistent delivery of performance outcomes
  • Serves as the company's representative in the region, playing a key role in enhancing the organization's visibility, reputation, and industry presence

The role requires significant interaction with clients/ prospective clients, partners and Azeus personnel which may be face-to-face or using other communications media.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in IT software sales in the assigned region
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating leads
  • Experience in selling software to BFSI, Government, Listed Companies, and Large Enterprises
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong background in IT software sales, particularly within the assigned region
  • Ready to join within 1-2 months notice period
  • Willingness to travel
  • Experience in demonstrating products to potential clients, including C-Suite representatives
