Senior Sales Specialist - Egypt

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team in our Egypt office. This position is open exclusively to candidates residing in Egypt. This is an individual contributor role focused on hands-on sales activities, including generating and closing opportunities, supporting revenue growth, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct sales presentations to potential clients
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Achieve assigned sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities
• Collaborate with the sales team to support shared goals
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or relative field
• Experience: Practical experience in direct sales with a solid performance record
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the glass industry is an advantage
• Technical Skills: Ability to learn and use CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot)
• Communication: Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Organization: Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Teamwork: Able to work independently while collaborating with the team
• Professionalism: Professional attitude and good command of English
• Other Requirements: Valid driver's license and ability to travel outside Cairo

Location & Working Hours

• Location: Heliopolis, Cairo
• Role requires frequent fieldwork and may involve domestic travel
• Working hours: SundayThursday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
