The Sales Senior Specialist is responsible for providing technical expertise and support in the sales process for assigned product lines. Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role involves working closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements, demonstrate product capabilities, and ensure successful solution implementations. The Sales Senior Specialist plays a key role in bridging the gap between technical specifications and customer needs to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
Sales Growth & Target
- Meets Sales targets for the assigned market(s) through our partners and in accordance with the overall policies and objectives.
- Take ownership of the full sales cycle from prospecting, pitching, negotiation, objection handling, and winning deals.
Product Knowledge & Opportunities
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's product portfolio, including features, benefits, and technical specifications.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solutions to prospective and existing customers.
- Provide input on product configurations, customizations, and technical adjustments necessary to fit client specifications.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to provide relevant insights and recommendations.
- Check on the competitor price list.
Customer Relationship Management
- Builds sales pipeline via customer visits, site visits, training, and sales presentations.
- Engage with customers to identify their technical requirements, provide product information, and address technical queries.
- Address and resolve any technical issues or concerns promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Conduct site visits and technical assessments to understand customer environments and demonstrate how the product can meet their needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
Sales Activities
- Monitor and follow up on each project delivery time.
- Follow up and support the payment collection process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical guidance and support throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with the Product Sales Section Head and sales team to develop strategies for product positioning, market entry, and customer acquisition.
- Work with engineering and product teams to tailor solutions based on customer requirements and feedback.
- Prepare technical documentation, including solution designs, product specifications, and implementation plans.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Product Sales Section Head on sales activities, technical challenges, and customer interactions.
- Train new team members or sales staff on technical aspects of the product.
