Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Specialist - Real Estate located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Senior Sales Specialist will be responsible for meeting sales targets, managing client relationships, prospecting and negotiating property deals, and providing exceptional customer service. The role will also involve training junior sales members and ensuring all transactions comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Sales and Negotiation abilities
  • Experience in Sales Management and Training
  • Proven track record in real estate sales in the UAE is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset
