Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Senior Sales Engineer with 46 years of experience in B2B sales. The main purpose of this position is to accelerate and close deals with current qualified leads while proactively generating new qualified leads.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and accelerate the sales cycle for qualified leads, from initial discussions to successful deal closure.
• Conduct needs analysis to understand customer business challenges and requirements.
• Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
• Generate new qualified leads through prospecting, networking, and attending industry events (with a focus on the industrial/manufacturing segment).
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Track sales activities and pipeline using CRM tools, providing accurate forecasts and reports.
• Contribute to improving sales processes and strategies.

Qualifications

• 46 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the industrial/manufacturing segment.
• Bachelor's degree (Engineering background is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and present appropriate solutions.
• Experience with CRM software and structured sales processes.
• Experience in ICT or digital solutions industries is a plus.
