Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Senior Sales Specialist to join our team within the SaaS and loyalty sector. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key corporate clients, and closing high-value deals. As a senior member of the team, you will handle complex sales cycles, provide tailored SaaS solutions, and contribute to the overall strategic sales objectives of WalaPlus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the end-to-end sales process for high-value B2B opportunities, focusing on strategic account acquisition and revenue maximization.
  • Identify and penetrate large-scale enterprises and key market players to secure high-impact partnerships & deals.
  • Lead complex negotiations with key decision-makers to close high-ticket contracts and long-term agreements.
  • Develop and execute sophisticated solution-selling strategies that align company products with the critical business needs of major clients.
  • Manage high-priority sales pipelines with a focus on high-conversion activities and achieving significant revenue milestones.
  • Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis to position WalaPlus as the premium choice for enterprise-level loyalty solutions.
  • Coordinate internal resources across product and customer success teams to ensure complex, high-value deals are supported and delivered effectively.
  • Leverage advanced CRM data and sales metrics to refine closing techniques and improve the success rate of large-scale proposals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience, including B2B sales roles.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in SaaS, loyalty programs, or related technology solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent problem-solving, relationship-building, and client management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales enablement tools.
