We're Hiring: Senior Sales Specialist – Heavy Equipment (UAE)

Zoomlion is growing its team in the UAE. We're looking for an experienced Senior Sales Specialist to drive our heavy machinery and construction equipment business.

What You'll Do:

Generate new business and achieve sales targets for heavy machinery and construction equipment

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

Conduct product demonstrations and site visits

Prepare offers and quotations, negotiate, and follow up through to closing

Work with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution

Support customer financing and payment collection

What We're Looking For:

10+ years of B2B sales experience in the UAE or the wider GCC

Hands-on heavy equipment sales experience. A background in machinery rental, industrial machinery or heavy automotive sales is also welcome

GCC-based experience in a current or most recent role is preferred

Strong knowledge of the construction and equipment market, with an established client network; UAE market knowledge is required.

Excellent English; Arabic is a plus

A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory. Candidates currently based in the UAE will be preferred.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (mandatory). Preference will be given to candidates with an Engineering degree, preferably in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
