Senior Sales "Store based" - Jeddah

Job Responsibilities:

• Providing support to the Accounting Department
• Performing basic office tasks, such as filing maintenance and data entry etc.
• Handling communications with other countries via phone and email, headquarters and group companies, suppliers, vendors, auditor and banker
• Processing transactions, issuing checks, handling reconciliation and resolving discrepancies etc.
• Preparing financial reports
• Assisting with audits, tax and company secretarial compliance
• Performing accounts payable related activities and cash flow planning
• Handling ad hoc assignment

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Accounting or related disciplines
• 1-2 years relevant working experience, preferably from sourcing or trading company (fresh graduates will also be considered)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
• Responsible, independent, attentive to detail and well-organized
• Ability to multitask, exceptional time management and good verbal and written communication skills
• Familiar with basic accounting principles
• Professional manner and strong ethical code
