We are seeking for SAP SuccessFactors Consultant PMGM/Succession/CDP Modules Position

Position Details:

Job Type: 1 year renewable long term contract with client (payroll Avensys)

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Timings : Regular working hours (Saudi Arabia Time Zone)

Yrs of Exp: Min 6+ years of relevant experience

Job Description:

Responsibilities

Implementation and configuration: Configure the SuccessFactors PMGM and SMCDP modules to align with a client's specific business needs.

Requirements gathering: Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to define and analyse business requirements.

Solution design: Design and document solutions based on HR best practices.

Support and training: Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and train end-users.

Project lifecycle management: Participate in and lead all phases of the project lifecycle, including implementation, upgrades, and testing.

Complex problem-solving: Help customers resolve intricate root-cause issues in their SuccessFactors modules.

Integration: Manage the integration of SuccessFactors with other HR systems.

Required skills and qualifications

Experience: Min 6+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, including hands-on, end-to-end implementation projects for PMGM and SMCDP.

Module expertise: Deep knowledge of the SuccessFactors PMGM (Performance and Goal Management) and SMCDP (Succession and Career Development Planning) modules is essential.

Technical knowledge: Ability to configure templates and settings, including goal plan templates (XML), performance form templates, and Continuous Performance Management (CPM).
