Job Description :

  • Lead and manage full-cycle implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules (such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, etc.).
  • Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and translate business needs into system configurations.
  • Design, configure, test, and deploy SAP SuccessFactors solutions in alignment with business objectives and project timelines.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including HR, IT, and business teams, to ensure smooth implementation and post-go-live support.
  • Perform data migration, system testing (UAT/SIT), and coordinate defect resolution.
  • Provide system documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to key users and administrators.
  • Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and maintain compliance with internal governance and security policies.
  • Integrate SuccessFactors with SAP and non-SAP systems where applicable.
  • Support system upgrades, releases, and ongoing enhancements.
  • Work with SAP and third-party vendors to resolve technical or functional issues.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4-8 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support.
  • Hands-on experience in at least two full-cycle implementations.
  • Expertise in one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central is highly preferred).
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes, data structures, and system integrations.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) in relevant module(s) preferred.
  • Proficiency in system configuration, business process mapping, and data management.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in multinational or large enterprise environments is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Client-focused with a consultative approach.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
