About The Role
International schools in Kuwait are recruiting
experienced leaders for senior positions, including:
- Head of Kindergarten (KG) or Deputy Head of KG
- Primary School Leadership Roles (Principal or Vice Principal)
- Secondary School Leadership Roles (Principal or Vice Principal)
Successful candidates will play a key role in curriculum development, staff mentoring, safeguarding leadership, and improving student outcomes within dynamic international learning environments.
Requirements
To be considered for these prestigious leadership roles, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Master's Degree in Education (M.Ed) or related leadership qualification
- Minimum 3 years of full-time experience in the same leadership role
- Proven track record of improving teaching standards and student achievement
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Experience within international or British/American curriculum schools is highly desirable
