- Collaborate with teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with product development and implementation.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as release planning, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure all teams are productive and time-boxed.
- Keep track of Impediments and resolutions to boost productivity and ensure project goals are met.
- Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making and maintain alignment with business goals.
- Adopt Agile principles to enhance the continuous delivery of value.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the technology development field, including 3 years minimum as a scrum master
- Proven track record of successfully implementing Agile practices
- Proficiency in Agile Management Tool
- Experience using Jira's most top used plugins such as (Zephyer scale, eazyBI, Jira Timeline, Structured, Jira Automate, Git Integration) is a plus
