Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Scrum Master at Lumin Soft in El Sheikh Zaid, with flexibility for remote work. The Senior Scrum Master will be responsible for sprint planning, facilitating Agile ceremonies, fostering communication within the team, creating user stories, and collaborating with the software development team to deliver high-quality products.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a scrum master, and a total of 5 years experience working in an agile environment
• Deeply understands the agile values and principles
• Experience of at least two Agile frameworks: XP, Kanban, Scrum.
• Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle
• Excellent English language
