Help AG is seeking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Security Consultant - Trend Micro who will be responsible to operate and finetune email security solution, day to day operation for modifying policies, tracking quarantine emails, editing whitelist and blacklist filter, opening tickets with vendor and working on customer and user's tickets and change request.
The primary targets are customer-satisfaction, professionalism, accuracy, and outstanding high quality in the work/duties.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for handling the Email routing configuration.
- Policy configuration and maintenance.
- Capable of handling policy fine tuning.
- MX reconfiguration from the email gateway side.
- Onboarding new customers.
- Creation of the migration templates.
- Unblocking emails from quarantine.
- User / admin creation.
- Analyzing logs, reports, and other data to identify trends and potential issues.
- Monthly service review meetings.
- Coordination with the principal vendor related to technical challenges.
- Implement new features based on the vendor best practices and environment stability.
- Operational training and KT.
- Creating security awareness training policies / phishing campaign rules.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in information security or IT-related matter or equivalent experience.
- 3 to 6 years of email security gateway administrator or implementation experience.
- TrendMicro email security gateway certification, other email security solution certification will be added advantage.
- Deep understanding in email security features (antispam, anti-virus, phishing and BEC protection, email content filter and rules).
- Good understanding of email routing and polices.
- Good understanding of email authentication and priorities.
- Proper and structured documentation and diagramming.
- Understanding of information security concepts and related technology.
- Very good presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational skills in enterprise support.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
