Help AG is looking for a highly skilled Senior Security Engineer - IAM (Broadcom IGA) with strong expertise in CA Identity Suite (IDM), SiteMinder SSO, and Risk Authentication to manage and enhance enterprise identity and access management solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting secure authentication mechanisms while ensuring high availability and compliance across environments.
Responsibilities
- Act as SME for CA Identity Suite (IDM), SiteMinder SSO, and Risk Authentication.
- Design, deploy, configure, and maintain IAM infrastructure and authentication systems.
- Implement and manage SSO integrations with enterprise and web applications.
- Configure and manage MFA, federation (SAML/OAuth/OIDC), and adaptive authentication policies.
- Troubleshoot IAM components including policy servers, web agents, federation services, and connectors.
- Manage user lifecycle processes including provisioning, de-provisioning, and role-based access control (RBAC).
- Ensure high availability, performance tuning, and capacity planning of IAM systems.
- Perform log analysis, monitoring, and proactive issue identification.
- Provide L2/L3 operational support, including incident management, root cause analysis, and SLA adherence.
- Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and security teams for seamless IAM integration.
- Support security audits, compliance requirements, and access governance activities.
- Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
- Participate in change management and release processes.
- Continuously evaluate and improve IAM processes, security posture, and system efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in IAM or cybersecurity engineering roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- CA Identity Suite (IDM)
- CA SiteMinder (SSO)
- CA Risk Authentication
- Solid understanding of IAM concepts: SSO, MFA, Federation (SAML, OAuth, OIDC), RBAC.
- Hands-on experience with Linux administration (RHEL/CentOS) including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of Directory Services (LDAP / Active Directory integration).
- Experience integrating enterprise/web applications with IAM platforms.
- Good understanding of web/application security and authentication mechanisms.
- Experience in production support environments with exposure to ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management).
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in customer-facing, SLA-driven environments.
- Experience with Symantec Endpoint Security, Symantec DLP, Tripwire FIM.
- Relevant certifications in IAM or security (preferred but not mandatory).
- Self-motivated with a professional attitude.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle technical conflicts and complex integration challenges.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of making informed decisions.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
