We're looking for an experienced Senior Security Consultant with deep, hands‑on expertise in Palo Alto Cortex XDR. This role requires someone who can step into complex environments and deliver immediate value.
What we're looking for:
- Expert‑level proficiency in Cortex XDR (Palo Alto Endpoint) — this is essential and non‑negotiable.
- Ideally, strong experience with Palo Alto Cortex XSIAM; however, senior‑level proficiency in Splunk or another enterprise SIEM is also acceptable.
- Proven ability to lead technical discussions, guide clients, and translate complex security concepts into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Strong background in incident detection, investigation, and response, with the ability to quickly assess threats and drive remediation.
- Experience designing, tuning, and optimizing detection logic, playbooks, and automation workflows.
- Ability to perform environment assessments, identify gaps, and propose strategic improvements.
- Familiarity with endpoint security, threat hunting methodologies, and SOC operations.
- Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and client‑facing — with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders.
- A consultant's mindset: proactive, structured, and able to hit the ground running with minimal onboarding.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams and client security leaders.
