Role Overview
As aSenior SEO & GEO Specialistat Prism Digital, you will be the technical linchpin for organic growth in a post-search world. You are not just managing keywords; you are managingbrand authority in the age of Generative AI. This role requires a deep technical understanding of site architecture, a sophisticated grasp of Arabic search intent (RTL), and a proven ability to optimize for the Answer Engine era (GEO).
Key Responsibilities1. Technical SEO & Web 3.0 Architecture (with Tech Lead)
- Advanced Infrastructure:Conduct deep-dive technical audits (crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals) for complex, multi-language MENA setups.
- JavaScript & Rendering:Master SEO for JS-heavy frameworks and site migrations to ensure seamless indexation.
- Knowledge Graph Engineering:Lead the implementation of advanced Schema.org and structured data to feed both Google's Knowledge Graph and LLM vector databases.
- Technical QA:Partner with client dev teams to proactively monitor technical health and implement Machine-Readable data structures.
2. Content & Linguistic GEO (with Content Lead)
- Arabic Optimization (RTL):Architect multi-language content strategies that account for Arabic linguistic nuances, right-to-left (RTL) rendering, and regional dialects.
- Search vs. Answer Intent:Develop content roadmaps that satisfy traditional search behavior while optimizing forAI-powered discovery (GEO).
- Localization vs. Translation:Guide the transition from mere translation to true cultural localization to capture MENA-specific zero-click queries.
3. Authority & Digital PR (with SEO Lead)
- MENA Authority Building:Execute link-earning and digital PR strategies specifically targeting high-authority Arabic media and regional publishers.
- Entity Relationships:Monitor the correlation between authority signals (backlinks) and brand visibility withinAI Overviews (SGE).
4. Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) (with GEO Lead)
- AI Visibility Strategy:Optimize brand presence across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews.
- Prompt Engineering & Testing:Conduct rigorous prompt testing in bothEnglish and Arabicto analyze how brands are surfaced (or excluded) in AI-generated responses.
- Citation Tracking:Map and influence the Citation Share of Voice to ensure Prism's clients are the primary source cited by AI agents.
5. AI Workflows & Experimental Culture
- Proprietary Tooling:LeveragePrism'sproprietary AI tools to scale research and reporting, applying human-in-the-loop quality control to AI-generated outputs.
- Test-and-Learn:Design and run experiments on the cutting edge of Web 3.0, including decentralized search signals and semantic connectivity.
6. Analysis & Business Intelligence
- Revenue Attribution:Connect organic performance directly to client ROI, lead generation, and customer acquisition (CPA).
- Data Storytelling:Build automated dashboards in Looker Studio and Power BI that translate complex SEO/GEO metrics into clear business narratives for QBRs.
What We're Looking For
- The Specialist Mindset:68 years of hands-on grit. We need a specialist who lives in Screaming Frog, SEMrush, and Ahrefs, not a generalist who oversees them.
- GEO Pioneer:Proven experience or a deep theoretical understanding of how LLMs retrieve information and how to influence Generative results.
- Linguistic Master:Mandatory fluency in Arabic and English.You must be able to audit Arabic code and content with the same precision as English.
- Tech Stack Fluency:Expert-level Google Search Console, GA4, Oncrawl/Botify, and Majestic.
- Data Driven:You don't just report on rankings; you interpret data to provide actionable business intelligence.
- Ownership:You take accountability for theoutcome(Revenue/Growth), not just theoutput(Reports).
