Role Objective
The Senior SEO Specialist owns Engosoft's organic lead generation from Google.
This role focuses on driving qualified leads, high-intent traffic, and long-term search authority, not traffic volume alone.
This is a full-time, in-house role. Freelancers or part-time applicants will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
SEO & Lead Generation
Own and execute SEO strategies focused on lead generation and revenue impact.
Conduct keyword research targeting commercial and transactional search intent.
Identify, create, and optimize landing pages that convert organic traffic into leads.
Prioritize SEO initiatives based on business and sales objectives.
Adapt SEO strategies to evolving AI-powered search and ranking systems and algorithm changes.
Content Strategy & Growth
Build and manage a content roadmap aligned with lead generation goals.
Define content topics, angles, and formats that support search visibility and conversions.
Guide content creation without being the primary content writer.
Structure topic clusters to strengthen authority for key programs (PMP, BIM, Engineering Diplomas).
On-Page SEO & Optimization
Optimize website pages for rankings, UX, and conversion.
Improve titles, metadata, internal linking, and page structure.
Collaborate with web and performance teams to improve conversion rates from organic traffic.
Authority & Trust Building
Strengthen Engosoft's topical authority in Saudi Arabia and GCC markets.
Propose and structure trust-driven content (comparisons, FAQs, certifications, instructor profiles).
Support brand credibility and reputation through organic search presence.
Analytics & Performance Tracking
Track and report organic leads, keyword rankings, and conversion performance.
Use data to identify opportunities, gaps, and optimization priorities.
Translate insights into clear actions and recommendations.
Required Experience & Skills
4+ years of proven SEO experience with measurable lead-generation impact.
Strong understanding of search intent, content funnels, and conversion optimization.
Strong understanding of AI-driven search and ranking systems and their impact on SEO strategy.
Ability to translate business goals into SEO execution plans.
Analytical, structured, and growth-oriented mindset.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
Experience in education, training, or professional certification industries.
Familiarity with Saudi or GCC markets.
Experience with tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar.
Experience using AI tools to support SEO research, content optimization, and performance analysis.
Basic knowledge of CRO principles.
