Senior SEO Specialist

We're partnering with a fast-growing AI technology company that's looking for a Senior SEO, Organic Growth & Website Experience Specialist to own and scale its organic growth strategy across global markets.

This is a strategic, hands-on role where you'll drive technical SEO, website performance, content optimisation, AI search visibility, and conversion improvements—all with a clear focus on generating pipeline and revenue.

What you'll be doing:

• Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
• Lead technical SEO initiatives including site architecture, Core Web Vitals, schema, crawlability, and page speed.
• Optimise website UX, conversion journeys, and landing page performance.
• Partner with content teams to build SEO-led content strategies across English and Arabic.
• Drive visibility across emerging AI search platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.
• Track performance through GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other analytics tools to measure traffic, pipeline, and revenue impact.

We're looking for someone with:

• 6–8+ years of SEO, organic growth, or website optimisation experience.
• Strong background in B2B SaaS, AI, fintech, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology.
• Deep expertise in technical SEO and website performance.
• Experience working closely with developers, content, and demand generation teams.
• Proven success delivering measurable commercial outcomes from organic search.
• Professional proficiency in both English and Arabic is highly preferred.
