Senior Service Sales Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer-centric mindset, a passion for building lasting customer relationships, and the ability to identify opportunities that deliver value to both our customers and KONE.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and developing strong, mutually beneficial relationships with strategic and key customers across the region. You will proactively identify customer needs, develop value-adding solutions, and manage sales opportunities from both existing and new customers. Your focus will be on successfully closing deals that meet customer expectations while maximizing KONE's order book, profitability, and long-term customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:
- We're seeking someone with a strong customer-first mindset who is proactive, analytical, and passionate about delivering results.
- Bachelor's degree holder
- Minimum 5 years of service/aftermarket sales experience —ideally within a technical or engineering-focused industry.
- Strong commercial acumen, excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- A natural relationship builder who thrives on collaboration and influence.
- Excellent English communication skills. Arabic is an added advantage.
- UAE market experience is highly desirable.
