Summary
We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Administrator who will also serve as a Lead in implementing and supporting ServiceNow systems. This role involves hands-on management and guidance of junior members while ensuring platform stability and performance.
Main Responsibilities
The Senior ServiceNow Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the administration and governance of the ServiceNow platform:
- Act as the Lead ServiceNow Administrator, owning day-to-day platform administration and governance.
- Configure, administer, and maintain ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
- Lead platform enhancements, upgrades, and release management activities.
- Oversee user access, roles, groups, and data integrity across the platform.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior ServiceNow administrators and developers.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
- Ensure best practices, standards, and compliance with ServiceNow governance.
- Troubleshoot complex platform issues and coordinate with ServiceNow support when required.
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
Key Requirements
- 6+ years of overall ServiceNow experience with strong hands-on administration background.
- Proven experience in a Senior or Lead ServiceNow Admin role.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) mandatory or strongly preferred.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM) nice to have.
Other Details
This position is for a contract duration of 12 months, requiring onsite work. Must be available to join in short notice.
