About the job
We're looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to support a greenfield ServiceNow Employee Centre implementation, building a scalable enterprise platform across IT, HR, Finance, and Procurement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and optimize ServiceNow catalogue items, workflows, and automation
- Configure Employee Centre (UI Builder) and enhance user experience
- Develop workflows using Flow Designer for Joiner, Mover, Leaver processes
- Implement and support integrations using REST APIs and IntegrationHub
- Ensure platform performance, scalability, and upgrade-safe configurations
- Apply best practices for ACLs, RBAC, and security controls
- Collaborate within a vendor-led environment to deliver high-quality solutions
Requirements
- 6–10 years of ServiceNow development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Flow Designer and workflow automation
- Experience building Service Catalog items and dynamic forms
- Solid experience with UI Builder / Employee Centre configuration
- Experience working with REST APIs and integrations
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow security (ACLs, roles, permissions)
- Experience working on enterprise-scale or greenfield implementations
Nice to Have
- Experience with IntegrationHub and enterprise integrations
- Exposure to HR workflows or workforce lifecycle processes (JML)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
Location & Contract
- Abu Dhabi, UAE (onsite)
- 12-month contract with possible extension
- One-way flight ticket provided
