Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Project Manager / Business Analyst

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 10–12 years of overall IT experience, with significant experience in ServiceNow-related projects.
• Proven experience in ServiceNow project management, business analysis, or a combined PM/BA role.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow implementation and enhancement life cycles.
• Experience managing project scope, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Strong business analysis skills, including requirements elicitation, process mapping, gap analysis, and documentation.
• Experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
• Experience coordinating UAT, defect management, deployment, and go-live activities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
