Job Title: Senior Service Engineer - AWP/MEWP

#Requirements:

Proven experience with Aerial Work Platforms (#AWP), Mobile Elevated Work Platforms (#MEWP) including Boom Lifts, Scissor Lifts, Telehandlers, Spider Lifts, Forklifts and Truck-Mounted Lifts.

Minimum 4-6 years of experience in a related industry.

Ability to plan and perform Predictive, Preventive and Corrective Maintenance on both in-house and on-site equipment fleets.

Practical experience working with brands like Haulotte, Komatsu, JLG, Genie, Palazzani, Bobcat and other similar equipment manufacturers.

Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex hydraulic, mechanical and electrical system faults.

Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Provide technical guidance, mentorship and support to technicians on the floor.

Read and interpret technical schematics, diagrams and engineering drawings to guide repairs.

Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate records of work performed.

Liaise with customers professionally, providing clear explanations of technical issues and solutions.

Valid Qatar Driving License (Preferred).

#Qualifications & #Skills:

- Proven experience as a Service Engineer or Senior Service Engineer in a similar technical role, with strong knowledge of MEWPs and their components.

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering in a relevant technical field.

- Strong technical expertise in hydraulic, mechanical and electrical systems.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with customers and internal teams.

- Effective communication and reporting abilities.

- Team oriented with a proactive work approach.
