We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer with over 10 years of expertise to join RMWB track in a well-known Islamic Bank. The ideal candidate will design, build, and maintain custom solutions on the Microsoft SharePoint platform, ensuring seamless collaboration, integration, and scalability. This role requires strong technical skills in SharePoint development, as well as proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites, web parts, workflows, and custom applications.
- Implement integrations with external systems such as Power BI, Salesforce, and other enterprise platforms.
- Build tailored solutions using C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
- Enhance collaboration and document management capabilities across the organization.
- Ensure SharePoint solutions are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for SharePoint applications.
- Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
- Apply industry standards and best practices in SharePoint development, governance, and security.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications in Microsoft SharePoint or Office 365 are a plus.
- 10+ years of professional experience in SharePoint development and administration.
- Strong proficiency in C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
- Hands-on experience integrating SharePoint with systems like Power BI and Salesforce.
- Deep understanding of SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server, and Office 365 ecosystem.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with workflow automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Nintex).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and hybrid SharePoint deployments.
- Knowledge of security and compliance practices in enterprise collaboration systems.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps).
