Senior Shipping Officer (5 Days)

• Basic up to $4200

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end export documentation process and coordinate daily export operations.

• Arrange vessel bookings with shipping lines and provide shipment confirmations to customers.

• Liaise with SFA, banks, embassies, and government authorities to process Export Health Certificates, Letters of Credit (L/C), Documents against Payment (D/P), and document endorsements.

• Verify freight invoices, ensure financial requirements are met prior to cargo loading or discharge, and maintain compliance with export regulations.

• Support warehouse and production operations by resolving operational issues, managing stock allocation, providing backup coverage for the Export Shipping Executive, and performing other ad hoc duties as assigned.
