Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Site Architect located in Cairo, Egypt. The Senior Site Architect will oversee architectural design execution, supervise construction activities, and ensure designs are implemented according to project specifications. Responsibilities include coordinating with project teams, ensuring integration of architectural and engineering elements, and managing project timelines and budgets to successful completion. The role requires direct communication with clients, consultants, and contractors to address any technical challenges on-site and maintain project standards.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating excellence
• Proficiency in Integration and Software Development relevant to architectural platforms and tools
• Strong skills in Project Management to ensure on-time and on-budget project delivery
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Practical experience in site supervision and technical problem-solving
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Familiarity with local building codes and international standards
• Proven experience in large-scale projects, preferably within the Cairo context
