We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect with a minimum of 15 years of consultant experience in the UAE to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience delivering large-scale, complex high-rise residential developments, particularly multi-building projects with shared podiums, from design development through construction documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design development and detailed design for high-rise residential projects.
- Prepare and review construction documentation and technical drawings.
- Coordinate with Structural, MEP, BIM, and other multidisciplinary teams.
- Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations, local authority requirements, and industry standards.
- Manage technical coordination with clients, developers, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
- Review architectural details, materials, specifications, and construction methodologies.
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 15 years of architectural consultant experience in the UAE.
- Proven experience on large-scale, complex high-rise residential developments.
- Mandatory experience in multi-building residential projects with shared podiums.
- Strong expertise in design development, detailed design, and construction documentation.
- Sound knowledge of UAE/Dubai building codes, authority approval processes, and regulations.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM workflows.
- Demonstrated direct project involvement and delivery experience.
