Senior Site Engineer

Role Objectives:

The Senior Site Engineer is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the technical and operational execution of construction, renovation, and site development projects across Breadfast locations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with approved technical, quality, and HSE standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to project teams, ensuring timely and quality delivery of projects.
• Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, safety, quality, security, IT, legal , facilities & operations) to ensure smooth project coordination.
• Conduct site inspections, identify issues, and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
• Monitor project expenses and assist in maintaining budgets, ensuring cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, permits, and building codes during project execution.
• Coordinate renovation activities to enhance site functionality and aesthetics.
• Promote safety on-site, ensuring adherence to HSE policies and maintaining a safe working environment
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and mitigation strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, suppliers, and external stakeholders to support project success.

Required Education, Knowledge, And Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/ Architectural/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Can Manage Multiple-sites with the same quality
• Solid understanding of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address project challenges and drive solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders Such as Landlords.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with HSE regulations and practices in a construction environment.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Flexibility to travel to different project sites as required.
