Senior Site Engineer - Civil

JOB PURPOSE:

To perform day-to day site work, follow up on all contractor and sub-contractor performance till end of project to ensure the project design applied correctly on time, with safety and quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Study zone drawings in order to prepare Material, Equipment and Man-hours requirements list

based on project priorities and time schedule.

Review sub-contractors team performance, guide and report any problems to Site Manager in

order to tack necessary actions.

Handle day-to-day site issues, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the

work of any subcontractors.

Coordinate with Quality Control Department schedule of inspections/tests and take any

corrective action if required.

Prepare daily status report to present zone performance and obstacles need to solve.

Supervise sub-contractor and labors to ensure all safety & quality requirements are applied in all

site activities.

Review labors productivity rates to ensure that it is within the budget.

Coordinate with other trades to push the work progress & solve any related problems.

Coordinate with technical office to make sure about the right implementation of the shop

drawings on site.

Gather data, compile reports, and deliver presentations to relevant stakeholders.

Ensure that employee is working according to the company HSE policies and regulations, and fully

aware of his job risk assessment and environmental aspects.

QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS:

Education/ Qualifications BSC Engineering - Civil

Work Experience 5-7 years experience in a related field

Language Good command of English language

Computer Skills Microsoft Office AutoCAD (preferable)
