We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Engineer to join our growing construction team for prestigious luxury villa projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing site operations from structural works through finishing, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily construction activities on luxury villa projects.
- Coordinate and monitor civil, architectural, and finishing works in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Manage subcontractors, site engineers, foremen, and labor teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review construction drawings, resolve technical issues, and coordinate with consultants and the project management team.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project schedules.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards and HSE requirements.
- Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, and manpower to avoid delays.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Attend consultant meetings and coordinate inspections and approvals.
- Ensure timely project handover with minimal snags.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of construction experience, with at least 5 years in luxury villa projects within the UAE/GCC.
- Strong knowledge of structural, architectural, and finishing works.
- Excellent leadership, planning, and coordination skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- UAE Driving License is preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates available to join within 30 days will be given preference.
