Senior Site Engineer – Villa Project
Project: Luxury / High-End Villa Development
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise daily site activities for villa construction works.
- Coordinate civil, architectural, structural, MEP, and finishing works.
- Ensure construction is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedule.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other site teams.
- Review drawings and identify discrepancies or technical issues before execution.
- Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and productivity.
- Ensure works meet required quality standards and approved materials.
- Conduct inspections and coordinate with the consultant for approvals.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and monitor project milestones.
- Resolve site technical issues and coordinate RFIs with the engineering team.
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and site procedures.
- Monitor snagging, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 6+ years of site experience, preferably in villa/high-end residential projects.
- Strong experience in structural, architectural, and finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Strong coordination and subcontractor management skills.
- Experience working with consultants and client representatives.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, QA/QC, and HSE requirements.
