Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including detailed schedules and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, interior designers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
Oversee daily site operations, including labor, material, and equipment management.
Conduct regular site inspections to verify adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Implement stringent quality and safety control measures to ensure the highest standards of workmanship.
Identify and rectify defects or deficiencies in a timely manner.
Manage material procurement, storage, and delivery to the site.
Conduct regular safety inspections and training sessions for site personnel.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability standards.
Prepare detailed project reports, including progress updates, daily site reports, and quality control documentation.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in site engineering, with a strong focus on fit-out and high-end finishing works.
Proven experience in managing commercial and residential projects.
In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry standards.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in construction software (e.g., AutoCAD, Project Management software).
A valid driver's license and own car is preferred.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
