WE'RE HIRING | SITE ENGINEER
Kalini Architects is looking for a Site Engineer to join our team.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in interior finishing & fit-out
• Strong hands-on experience in retail shops and villas
• Good understanding of finishing works, materials, and construction details
• Ability to read and understand shop drawings & technical drawings
• Experience in site coordination and subcontractor management
• Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail
• Ability to coordinate between site, technical office, suppliers, and design team
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
Responsibilities:
• Manage and follow up daily site activities
• Ensure works are executed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Coordinate finishing trades and subcontractors
• Monitor materials, workmanship, and site progress
• Coordinate with the design and technical teams
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and follow up on site issues
