Job Purpose:
This position is responsible for supervising and managing finishing works while also coordinating across all site disciplines to ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective execution of projects. The role acts as a key link between technical teams, subcontractors, consultants, and project management to deliver the project successfully.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee finishing works.
- Review architectural drawings and specifications, ensuring proper execution and quality compliance.
- Ensure snag lists are addressed before handover.
- Supervise daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and architectural teams to resolve design and site execution conflicts.
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure timely delivery of works.
- Monitor workmanship, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Raise corrective actions.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering ( Architecture ).
- 7+ years of experience in site execution, with significant exposure to finishing works and multidisciplinary site coordination.
- Strong knowledge of finishing materials, construction processes, and quality control standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
