Role Description The Senior Site Engineer will oversee daily site operations for interior fit-out and construction projects in Heliopolis, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards. This full-time, on-site role includes supervising civil and structural work, coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, and resolving technical issues on the ground. The Senior Site Engineer will review drawings and specifications, monitor progress, conduct inspections, and implement quality control procedures. The role also involves preparing site reports, supporting project managers with updates and documentation, and maintaining clear communication with design teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure alignment with project goals.

Qualifications

• Capability to manage on-site activities, coordinate daily operations, and maintain a strong presence at the construction site.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with project managers, designers, contractors, and clients, and to provide clear reporting and updates.
• Experience in quality control, including inspections, compliance with standards, and implementation of corrective actions when needed.
• Strong background in structural engineering and civil engineering principles relevant to interior fit-out and construction projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience in a senior or lead site engineering role, preferably within interior design, fit-out, or building construction.
• Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices.
• Proficiency with project documentation, site reporting, and basic construction-related software tools.
• Ability to lead site teams, prioritize tasks, and solve technical and operational problems under time constraints.
