Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Medina for a Senior Site Engineer specializing in tracker or ramming systems. Responsibilities include managing and supervising on-site construction activities, ensuring quality control measures are met, and collaborating with project teams for successful project execution. The role requires overseeing structural engineering tasks and coordinating with mechanical engineers to meet project milestones and technical standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in on-site project supervision and management
• Experience in solar utility projects is mandatory
• Experience in tracker or ramming work is mandatory
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency in quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Expertise in structural engineering and a solid understanding of tracker or ramming systems
• Background in mechanical engineering and ability to manage construction activities
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Structural Engineering or a related field
• Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to meeting deadlines
