Senior Site Mechanical Engineer

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Senior Site Mechanical Engineer. The selected candidate will oversee and manage mechanical engineering activities at project sites, ensuring compliance with design specifications and standards. Responsibilities include coordinating mechanical system installations, supervising contractors, conducting inspections, and troubleshooting technical issues. The engineer will also collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure timely project delivery while maintaining best practices in quality and safety.

• Expertise in Mechanical Engineering and in-depth knowledge of Machine Design principles
• Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for developing and reviewing technical drawings
• Experience in Project Management, including the ability to oversee project timelines and budgets
• Background in Research and Development (R&D) for innovative solutions in mechanical engineering
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and liaise with stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field (Master's degree is a plus)
• Previous experience in a site supervision or consultancy role is advantageous
• Familiarity with local and international mechanical standards and regulations
